Position Summary:- Manage overall operations team assigned to and be responsible for effective and successful management of our employees.- Takes complete ownership in driving team productivity, quality controls and compliance measures as established and set for the Operations Department.- Ensure effective and efficient operations through engaging with relevant stakeholder teams and by enhancing various operational procedure in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand and improve business outcomes.- Carry out any additional supervisory responsibilities in accordance with various policies outlined by the organization.
