Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop appropriate supply chain strategy to increase efficiency, speed, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee a team of inventory or warehouse employees, managing the inventory tracking system
  • Evaluate deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures
  • Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
  • Monitor and report on changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
  • Conduct monthly forecast maintenance and address demand-related issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth and close operational gaps
  • Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through SLAs and KPIs
  • Direct and coordinate supply chain sub-functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs
  • Maintain healthy relationships with clients
Requirements
  • 4-12 years of experience in supply chain management with retail or pharmacy organizations
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain processes and relevant software systems
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management concepts, specifically logistics and inventory management
  • Project management and problem-solving skills
