Compensation: Up to ₹9,00,000 per yearImmediate joiner requiredAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Automation / AI Tool Expert to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions across business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI-driven automation, workflow optimization, and tool integration. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of identifying automation opportunities, developing custom solutions, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business intelligence.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using AI tools, APIs, and platforms to optimize business processes. - Identify opportunities for AI and automation adoption across departments to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. - Integrate and manage automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and custom Python-based solutions. - Develop and maintain AI-powered solutions leveraging NLP, machine learning, and generative AI for data analysis and decision support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows. - Implement, monitor, and continuously improve automation systems to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability. - Stay up to date with the latest AI, RPA, and automation technologies to propose innovative solutions. - Document processes, maintain workflow repositories, and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - 3–7 years of experience in automation development, AI tools integration, or workflow optimization. - Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and integration platforms (Zapier, Make, Workato). - Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages used for automation. - Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs for developing intelligent solutions. - Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools for deployment and monitoring of automation pipelines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Preferred Skills- Experience integrating AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or custom LLM-based tools into workflows. - Knowledge of data engineering, ETL, and API integration best practices. - Understanding of process mining and task automation analytics. - Certifications in RPA, AI, or cloud technologies (UiPath Certified, Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, etc.).What We Offer- Opportunity to lead automation and AI-driven transformation initiatives across business operations. - A collaborative, technology-forward work environment encouraging creativity and innovation. - Access to cutting-edge tools and platforms for AI and automation development.Competitive compensation, flexible work arrangements, and career growth opportunities
