Senior Credit Analyst

Location: Bangalore (Work from office)

Experience- 3-6 Years

Role Overview :

As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will manage and grow a team of skilled legal and credit analysts, ensuring high-quality, accurate data delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, product, and data science, to enhance our AI capabilities and streamline operational efficiency. This is a leadership role requiring strong expertise in legal and credit analysis and a proven ability to manage and mentor teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Take ultimate responsibility for the quality and accuracy of legal credit data delivered to clients.
  • Collaborate with the tech, product, and data science teams to iteratively improve AI models, turnaround times, and accuracy levels of the Legal Credit Research team.
  • Develop a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist in creating new taxonomies and processing new types of legal credit-related documents.
  • Hire, train, and manage legal and credit analysts to support operational goals and uphold the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Experience : 3–6 years of legal experience in the credit-area, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience of Covenants is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Collaboration : Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes.
