Now, we're looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Advocacy Lead to help us do just that.

What is this role all about?

This is not just a brand communications role. You will be at the forefront of how Chalo is perceived by key stakeholders - from Government bodies to urban mobility forums. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position that demands strategic thinking, flawless execution, and powerful storytelling.

Youll lead Chalos participation at top national and global platforms - from UMI and WEF to niche urban innovation summits. Youll also craft compelling narratives to elevate Chalos brand presence with decision-makers and public institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own how Chalo is perceived by Government stakeholders, city/state transport departments, and public institutions

- Lead Chalos presence at large-scale forums like UMI, WEF, Mobility conferences, and national/state events

- Mentor and guide a small, high-performing team focused on stakeholder engagement and event execution

- Collaborate with internal leaders to align branding with business strategy

- Partner with City Teams, Public Affairs, Product, and Design to bring our impact stories to life

What Were Looking For?

- 7+ years of experience in brand communications, advocacy, public affairs, or a related domain

- Proven success in managing high-stakes events and cross-functional branding campaigns

- Excellent communication skills - written, visual, and verbal

- Strong understanding of working with Government and institutional stakeholders

- Strategic thinker with a bias for action
