Requirement - Oracle Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant (PPM & ERP) Mode Of Hire- Contract /Fulltime Work Location - Saudi Arabia(We are open to hiring candidates in India who are ready to relocate to Saudi Arabia)Oracle Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant (PPM & ERP) Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilledOracle Cloud Techno-Functional Consultantto manage and enhance our Oracle Fusion footprint, specifically focusing onProject Portfolio Management (PPM) ,Financials (AP, AR, Cash Management) , andProcurement . This role demands a strong blend of business process knowledge and technical development capability to implement complex customizations, reports, and integrations.Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas PPM & EPMO Enhancements: Design and develop complex reports usingOTBIandBI Publisher (BIP)to deliver EPMO metrics, including: PR/PO/Invoice Reportsrelated to Project Costing. Budget vs. Utilized Cost Analysis Reportsfor projects. Understand and configure Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Costing and Billing structures. Financials (AP/AR/CM) Development & Customization: Implementcustom programs and extensionsto support specialized business processes, such as: Bulk AP Invoice Updatesand customizing payment attributes (Method, Group, Priority, Beneficiary Name). Developing and deployingBulk Nettinglogic between Customer/Supplier balances. Customizing the handling ofBank Payment Adviceinformation. Building processes forBulk Write-OffsandBulk Matchingof transactions (Debit Notes/Credit Notes/Receipts). Customize and deploy bulk notification programs for legal reminders and pre-emptive communications usingSOA/OICintegration. Configure and troubleshoot complexReceivables Auto-Matchingrules for different customer segments (Corporate/SME/Aggregator). Develop custom programs forCommission Management(matching commission invoices with credit notes, releasing commission holds). Support the configuration of theAccrual to Receiptsprocess. Procurement Implementation & Workflow: Configure and enhanceSupplier Managementprocesses, including customBusiness ClassificationandVAT Numbervalidation. CustomizeWorkflow and Notificationlogic for Supplier Qualification, Escalations, and Negotiation stages. Customize theNegotiation Summary Pageto include key comparison data as required by the business. Technical Expertise: DevelopRICEW(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) usingOTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), Groovy, VBCS, and PL/SQL . Develop and maintain integrations usingOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)and standard integration tools ( FBDI, HDL ).Required Oracle Cloud Module Expertise Project Portfolio Management (PPM):Project Costing, Project Billing. Financials (FIN):Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), General Ledger (GL). Procurement:Purchasing, Supplier Management, Sourcing.Key Technical Skills (Must-Have) Reporting:OTBI(advanced),BI Publisher (BIP) . Integration:Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ,FBDI/HDL . Extension/Customization:PL/SQL ,Groovy(for VBCS/PPM/Sourcing), and hands-on experience withOracle SOAor similar integration platforms for notifications.
