Develop positive relationships with colleagues throughout the agency. Constantly keep enhancing one's skills through online & offline learning. Go beyond your area of core competence by building newer technology-related skillsets.Top 5 Things you need to have for this role: First and foremost,great writing skills . Flair, a good grasp of the craft and the ability to tweak the tonality and voice according to the asks of the brand and account at hand.
