Jr. IT Infra Executive

Job Overview: We are looking for a Jr. IT Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining station uptime, troubleshooting hardware issues, and providing technical support. The role requires hardware and networking knowledge, with a willingness to travel across Karnataka for station visits and documentation collection. Job Responsibilities: Ensure 90% uptime of all designated stations. Perform troubleshooting for hardware and application issues. Provide technical support via phone and onsite, supporting the hardware team when required. Maintain computer hardware and ensure smooth IT infrastructure functioning. Conduct station visits, collect documents related to running advertisements, and submit feedback reports on time. Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports on uptime, sound level, and system performance. Job Requirements: Qualification: 12th / HSC or Any Graduate. Experience: 0–1 year (fresher's with hardware knowledge may apply). Strong hardware and networking skills. Basic knowledge of computer maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to support and coordinate with hardware teams. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Willingness to travel within Karnataka. Knowledge of IT infrastructure maintenance.
