Role:
Strong skills in Facade Design and Facade elements
Develop design solutions for façade upgrades, replacements, or restorations.
Prepare detailed façade drawings, technical specifications, and material recommendations.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.
12–15 years of proven experience in façade design, with a focus on renovation/retrofit projects.
Strong knowledge of materials (glass, aluminum, stone, metal cladding, etc.) and refurbishment techniques.
