Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM modules, specifically in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, Shipping, and Global Order Promising (GOP).

This role requires strong functional expertise, business process understanding, and the ability to work in a hybrid work model from Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oracle SCM Implementation & Support : Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle SCM applications.

- Functional Expertise : Provide subject matter expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, Shipping, and GOP.

- Business Process Analysis : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM solutions.

- Configuration & Customization : Configure Oracle SCM modules to meet business needs and recommend best practices.

- Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve functional issues, working closely with technical teams for seamless operations.

- Integration Support : Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations between Oracle SCM and other enterprise applications.

- Testing & Validation : Conduct functional testing, UAT, and validation to ensure system integrity.

- Training & Documentation : Provide end-user training and create functional documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications : .

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM modules with hands-on functional expertise.

- Strong knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, Shipping, and GOP.

- Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud SCM.

- Ability to perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.

- Good understanding of supply chain business processes and best practices.

- Experience in Oracle Configurations, Setup, and Support.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle SCM Cloud experience is a plus.

- Certifications in Oracle SCM modules.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM will be an advantage.

Work Model & Compensation :

- Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid Work Model).

- Hike : 20-30% on Current CTC.

- Notice Period : 30 Days.
