We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Manager/Lead with a strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

The ideal candidate will have over 13 years of experience in managing and leading Oracle technical projects, ensuring successful delivery and integration of complex solutions.

This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle technologies and extensive experience in SCM processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and related technologies.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Oracle certifications in relevant areas are a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other Oracle Cloud applications and services.

- Familiarity with agile and DevOps practices.

- Experience in change management and business process optimization.
