About Us: Join our dynamic and innovative public relations firm, where we specialize in delivering strategic communication solutions for a diverse range of clients. We are looking for a dedicated Investor Relations (IR) professional to join our team and contribute to our clients' success.


Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies.
  • Prepare and distribute financial and corporate communications, including press releases, annual reports, and investor presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor feedback.
  • Coordinate and manage investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings calls, including scripting, Q&A documents, and supporting materials.
  • Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company website.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with analysts, investors, and other financial community members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, finance, communications, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and investment principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a IR, public relations firm or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of IR software and tools.
  • Certification in Investor Relations (CIR) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
