Job Title: Technical Manager – Gen AI & Computer VisionLocation: Bangalore ( Immediate Joiner)Experience: 4+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Manager – Gen AI & Computer Vision with hands-on expertise in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI (LLMs, GPT, Diffusion Models).The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end AI solution development — from research to deployment — using cutting-edge frameworks and tools for real-world applications.Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a small AI engineering team focused on Computer Vision and Gen AI projects. - Design, develop, and optimize AI models for object detection, image segmentation, OCR, and video analytics. - Work on LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, API integration, multimodal AI). - Drive innovation using synthetic data generation, GANs, diffusion models, and transformers. - Deploy AI models on edge devices (Jetson, Raspberry Pi) and in cloud environments. - Collaborate with product, research, and customer teams to convert POCs into deployable solutions. - Maintain high performance, scalability, and accuracy standards across all models.Required Skills- Strong programming in Python - Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Keras - Experience with YOLOv5/v8, UNet, ResNet, 3D CNNs, OCR frameworks (CRAFT, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR) - Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or custom LLMs) - Knowledge of Docker, FastAPI, Streamlit, and edge optimization (TensorRT, OpenVINO) - Good understanding of MLOps and AI deployment pipelines - Excellent problem-solving, research, and innovation mindset
