Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer (6+ years) to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI systems. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Multi-Agent Systems, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and advanced LLM-based architectures.This role focuses on developing production-ready AI solutions, optimizing models for performance and efficiency, and integrating AI into enterprise ecosystems. The candidate will also work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers to support the long-term AI roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and scale multi-agent and RAG-based AI systems using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.Implement retrieval pipelines, embeddings, and knowledge integration workflows for enterprise applications.Develop and deploy API-driven AI solutions integrated with databases, microservices, and front-end applications.Optimize model latency, accuracy, cloud cost, and overall system performance.Work closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams to convert real-world problems into scalable AI solutions.Mentor junior team members and contribute to long-term AI architecture & roadmap planning.Skills & Requirements6+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with production deployments.Technical SkillsProgramming: Strong proficiency in Python.Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, and modern LLM frameworks.Vector Databases: Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or similar.Expertise In:RAG systemsEmbeddings & retrieval optimizationLLM architecturesMulti-agent frameworks (Autogen, CrewAI, LangGraph)LLM Skills: Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.Additional Skills: API development, enterprise AI architecture, model optimization, retrieval pipelines, cross-functional collaboration.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, high-velocity environments.
