We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Director of Performance Marketing to lead our user acquisition and growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on performance-based strategies, analytics, and optimization. This role is pivotal in driving user growth, maximizing ROI, and scaling our marketing efforts to new Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our healthcare platform.

- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data and analytics to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance. Continuously test and iterate on creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.

- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget to achieve the best possible outcomes. Monitor spending and adjust strategies to ensure cost-effective growth.

- KPIs and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.

- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify the most effective strategies for user acquisition and conversion.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the product, analytics, content, and design teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing campaigns.

- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing channels. Leverage insights to inform and enhance performance marketing strategies.

- Growth Initiatives: Identify and explore new opportunities for growth, including new channels, partnerships, and innovative marketing and languages: Google Analytics/ Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint/ Microsoft Word

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and growth. Experience in the healthcare sector or a technology startup is highly desirable.

- Expertise in digital advertising platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)

- Hands on experience on CRM tools like Clever Tap, Netcore platforms, WebEngage preferred.

- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

- Excellent project management and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
