This role requires a balance of technical depth and leadership skills to drive the design, delivery, and optimization of large-scale, customer-facing digital experiences.Key Responsibilities: Web & eCommerce Front-End Engineering: Lead the development ofresponsive, high-performance web applicationsusingReact.js , leveraging component-based architecture and modern JavaScript best practices. Build and optimizeserver-rendered applications with Next.jsto enhance performance, SEO, and user experience. Createscalable, interactive user interfaceswithAngular and JavaScriptfor maintainable enterprise front-end solutions. Deliverengaging retail eCommerce experiencesleveraging theSalesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) front-end tech stack(JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ISML, jQuery).Cloud & DevOps: ApplyDevOps principlesto streamline workflows, enable automation, and ensure reliable deployments across environments. Architect, deploy, and managecloud solutions on AWSto deliver secure, scalable, and high-availability applications. Establish monitoring, observability, and performance optimization frameworks to ensure smooth operations of web platforms.Leadership & Retail Domain Expertise: Drive engineering excellence acrossretail eCommerce programs , aligning technology solutions with customer experience goals and business outcomes. Collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless omnichannel journeys across digital touchpoints. Mentor and guide engineering teams, ensuring adoption ofbest practices in front-end engineering, DevOps, and cloud architectures .Qualifications & Experience: 7+ years of professional experience inweb front-end developmentwith React.js, Next.js, Angular, and modern JavaScript frameworks. 5+ years of experience in people leadership, including mentoring, performance management, and career development Strong hands-on expertise withSalesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ISML, jQuery). Proven track record deliveringretail eCommerce solutionsat scale. Demonstrated experience withDevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure onAWS . 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing and growing high-performing engineering teams. Exposure toAI-driven solutions(e.g., personalization, recommendations, chatbots, analytics) in retail/eCommerce environments is a strong plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence technical and business teams. Experience leading teams in afast-paced, global retail or consumer technology environmentis highly preferred.
