Position: Software Engineering Manager

Location - Bangalore ( 5 Days work from office)

Overview :

Engineering Manager for our cutting-edge E-commerce Platform, where innovation meets excellence. In this role, you will lead a talented group of engineers in crafting scalable, high-performance solutions that drive our platform's success. With your deep expertise in React Native, cloud platforms (Azure and GCP), and scalable systems architecture, you'll be at the forefront of delivering world-class software products that delight our customers and elevate their shopping experience. Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Mentorship : Inspire and mentor a team of engineers, cultivating a collaborative, high-performing culture that encourages growth and innovation.

Technical Guidance : Provide strategic direction and hands-on support, ensuring your team excels both technically and professionally.

Innovation & Excellence : Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving the team to push boundaries and achieve technical excellence.

Strategic Road mapping : Develop and implement the technical roadmap for our e-commerce platform, leveraging React Native for seamless mobile app experiences.

Scalable Architecture :


- Architect robust, scalable, and cost-effective systems on leading cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP, optimizing performance across the board.


Data-Driven Integration : Collaborate with data science teams to infuse the platform with personalized, data-driven features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

End-to-End Development : Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and ongoing Collaboration : Partner with product, design, and other key stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Quality Assurance : Champion best practices in code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD processes to uphold the highest standards of software quality.

Monitoring & Analytics : Implement cutting-edge monitoring and analytics solutions to track platform performance, leveraging data science techniques to drive continuous improvement.

Product Quality : Work closely with the QA team to ensure rigorous testing of all new features and enhancements, guaranteeing a premium product experience.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from Premium Institute.

Experience : 12+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms or complex web-based applications.

Leadership Skill : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of engineers, with a track record of successful project delivery.

Technical Expertise : Proficiency in web development (React, Node.js), mobile app development (React Native, Android), cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases (MongoDB, SQL).

Data Science Knowledge : Familiarity with data science concepts and their application in creating personalized e-commerce experiences.

Agile Methodologies : Experience with agile development processes and project management tools.

Communication : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.

Industry Experience : Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a strong plus.
