To know more, please visit:www.ninjacart.comLocation: Bengaluru, KA.Responsibilities:Ensure HR processes and practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies. Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and providing required documentation. Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management and wellness perks. Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing for all employees. Respond to employee queries related to benefits, policies, or payroll with clarity and professionalism. Prepare and generate regular HR reports such as headcount, attrition, turnover rate, and new joiner/exits data. Track key HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and suggest improvements in processes and policies. Manage employee documentation such as offer letters, contracts, NDAs, and benefits enrollment forms. Handle the onboarding processes, including creating and deactivating user accounts in internal systems and databases (Darwin box). Ensure proper access rights and system permissions are granted or revoked as part of employee lifecycle management. Maintain clean, updated records in the HRIS by adding new employee details, updating existing ones, and removing records when necessary. Conduct periodic reviews of system data to ensure accuracy, remove duplicates, and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and generate regular HR reports such as headcount, attrition, turnover rate, and new joiner/exits data. Here’s what you will need to have to join the Ninja Clan Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or HR certification is a plus. 2-4 years of HR Operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset, with experience using HR data and metrics to guide decision-making.
