Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with 7 to 10 years of Relevant experience. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance operational efficiency and meet business needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and align solutions with business goals.

- Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, including configuration, scripting, integrations, and platform enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and team members.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with 7 to 10 years of hands-on development experience.

- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform components such as Service Portal, Integration Hub, Workflow, and Orchestration.

- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow APIs, and other scripting languages.

- Experience with ServiceNow implementations including configuration, custom development, and integration with third-party systems.

- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose innovative solutions.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) preferred.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.

- Prior experience in a digital product company or IT consulting firm preferred.
