Our goal: Capture & Establish a dominant presence in the mid-corporate segment over the next 5 years.As a Regional Business Head for Eastern Region based in Kolkata, you will shape Vivriti’s presence by driving origination, designing funding solutions, and building multi-city teams to deliver on our growth ambitions.Key responsibilities:- Responsible for client origination and understanding the client’s debt requirement. - Provide tailor made solutions of funding structures form NBFC and AIF in group - Target Driven and Customer focused approach with Solution oriented attitude. - Expand the client base in the Eastern region through strong networks with corporates, arrangers, PEs, and fintech platforms. - Plan and execute outreach programs to strengthen market presence. - Work cross-functionally with Solutions, Risk, and Legal teams to drive effective client engagement.Desired Skills and Experience- MBA / CA / Post-Graduate – from Tier 1 institute - 8–10 years of experience in corporate banking, with exposure to mid and large corporates. - Experience in performing credit space with family office Connects would be a plus. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage Promoters, CFOs, and Treasury Heads. - Strong knowledge of banking products (working capital, term loans, leasing, factoring, SCF, etc.) with expertise in credit note preparation and Risk approvals. - Good technical understanding of finance / credit / ratings. - Versatile in handling individual responsibilities and leading team initiatives.
