  • 3-5+ years of IT experience
  • BW - BI EDW architectures LSA and LSA++ (for BW on HANA). Strong working knowledge of BW 7.4 InfoProviders.
  • Business Areas – Collection, activation, and use of Business content for SD, FICO, CO-PA, HR, AP, MM, PP areas.
  • Extractions –Extraction of data from LO Cockpit (SD, MM Etc), FI/CO, CO-PA, SAP CRM, Generic data sources, non-SAP sources like Flat Files, DB Connect and UD Connect.
  • Experience in Data load management using Process Chains, Scheduling, OLTP data extraction, Loading (Full /Delta Up-Load), Monitoring.
  • ABAP – Experience in ABAP/4 in Customer Exits, Start/End/Expert routines in transformations, APDs, Custom programs/functional modules.
  • BEx - Business Explorer to develop complex queries used Scorecards/Dashboards. Strong expertise in using Calculated Key Figures, Restricted Key Figures, Structures, Variables, Replacement Paths, Exceptions, Conditions, RRI, and Jump queries.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor/ Support data loads and resolve data load failures.
  • Ongoing Performance Tuning and System maintenance.
  • Support/Analyze Access requests/issues.
  • BW development/support for Change requests.
  • Support Ad Hoc load requests MAP/BI systems.
  • Support Systems Upgrade/Refresh/Cutovers/Delta queue clean up as needed.
  • Respond/Support queries/request from End User/Business Teams/Other technical/functional teams.
  • Prepare Support documentation/Periodic summary for executive teams.
  • Understanding of Problem Management
