Job DescriptionQualification (CA – 2020 or before.)Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience. Key Responsibilities:Overall in-charge of finance pertaining to the CFSResponsible for Finance, accounts and audit complianceBudgeting of cost, revenue & budgetary control of cost of CFS Variance reportingTo identify areas of cost reduction & implement action plan Timely reporting of MIS Designing SOPs for various accounting, operating functions & oversee its implementationEnsure proper realization of revenue & timely release of payments to the service providersTimely record of all transactions in “Sun System” through CFS MagTimely realization of receivables through continuous follow up & resolving disputed items on priorityAttending customers in connection with contract agreement, billing disputes, system modification etc.Reconciliation of Receivables / Payables at regular intervalsStatistical / data analysis for improvement of financial / commercial aspects of the companyKeeping all insurance requirement up to date at all the timesCompliance with all statutory, legal formalities and seek guidance from superiors, consultants, Professional bodies etc.Dealing with banks, auditors, auctioneers, & various statutory authorities like income tax, sales tax, service tax etc.Timely submit the detail to tax team for payment of all statutory dues like – TDS, GST etc.To carry out such jobs & other connected or incidental jobs, which are necessary due to exigencies of companies work & business requirements. Also to carry out such jobs that are within capabilities & / or work in any other post which may be temporarily assignedTo ensure maintenance of records of books, files, registers, etc. depending upon usage. List of such records shall be prepared for convenienceTo review timely performance of subordinatesDeveloping a team of competent subordinatesAssisting the management in handling various new project works
