Through the fusion of cutting-edge technology and human insight, we guide organizations in navigating an ever-changing business environment.Our services include : - Data Engineering : Designing and building robust data infrastructure to enable seamless data flow and accessibility.- Analytics : Leveraging advanced analytical tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights from data.- Artificial Intelligence : Implementing AI solutions that optimize business operations and enhance decision-making.- RPA, DevOps, and ITSM : Streamlining processes with automation, continuous integration, and IT service management to drive efficiency.- ERP and CRM : Developing and optimizing enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems to enhance business operations.- Training : Offering specialized training programs to upskill teams and maximize the potential of technology solutions.- UI/UX Design : Creating intuitive user interfaces and experiences that improve user engagement and satisfaction.- We are seeking an experienced Mainframe CICS System Programmer to join our IT infrastructure team.- The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CICS (Customer Information Control System) environments on IBM mainframes, ensuring high availability, performance, and : - Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain CICS regions and related components.- Provide technical support for CICS in a z/OS mainframe environment.- Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot CICS systems to ensure performance and availability.- Implement and maintain security standards for CICS environments.- Perform capacity planning, system health checks, and disaster recovery support.- Collaborate with application development teams to support CICS-based applications.- Analyze and resolve complex system issues and provide root cause analysis.- Maintain documentation of system configurations, standards, and procedures.- Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation as needed.Requirements : - Strong experience as a Mainframe CICS System Programmer.- Proficiency in CICS, z/OS, JCL, VSAM, RACF, and DB2- Expertise in CICS installation, customization, and maintenance.- Strong knowledge of CICS internals, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.- Familiarity with tools such as CEMT, CEDA, and CICS Explorer.- Experience with problem determination tools (e., Abend-AID, Fault Analyzer, OMEGAMON).- Knowledge of mainframe security (RACF, ACF2 or Top Secret).- Ability to work in a high-availability environment with mission-critical applications.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Experience with CICS Web Services, MQ, and IMS integration.- Knowledge of automation tools (REXX, CLIST, or other scripting).- Familiarity with DevOps practices in a mainframe environment.- Previous experience in banking, insurance, or financial services (ref:hirist.tech)
