Financial Systems Analyst,WHAT YOU‘LL BE DOING: What You‘ll Do as a Financial Systems Analyst:Providing troubleshooting and support to end usersIn coordination with IT partners – support new user provisioning and existing user security updatesAssisting with system upgrades and new feature implementationsMaintain metadata (using EDMCS) to accommodate new business structures and reorganizationsMonitor monthly close process and load data into EPBCS via data integration and forms to ensure timely close processesCoordinate issue resolution with Director of Financial Systems and external technical support providersSupport day-to-date activities within each EPM applicationHelp develop user guides and training for each EPM applicationAssist with SOX control documentation for internal and external auditorsMaintain internal and external security policies, documentation, and testing for controls complianceAssist with regression testing in support of Oracle EPM monthly version releasesAssist internal stakeholders with ad-hoc reporting/analytics requestsSpecial projects and process improvements as neededWhat You‘ll Need to be Successful in the role of a Financial Systems Analyst:• Understanding of basic accounts and financial analysis and reporting• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas and pivot tables• Familiarity with Oracle EPM systems (FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, ARCS)• High degree of attention to detail and organization• Strong communication skills and ability to liaison with other departmentsEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:• 3 to 5 years of work experience with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field required• Financial systems background with Hyperion/EPM experience, preferred• Experience with Essbase, Calc scripts, SQL, preferred• Knowledge in financial processes and dependencies between ERP (SAP) and Oracle EPM systems
