Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager specializing in AI/ML with expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) to drive and oversee the implementation of AI/ML projects that optimize and automate business processes. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring successful project execution within scope, budget, and time constraints. This role requires a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in process automation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:


- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives and client requirements.


- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and budgets.


- Oversee the execution of AI/ML projects within the BPM domain, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

Stakeholder Management:


- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.


- Facilitate regular project status meetings and communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress and any issues.


- Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders to ensure project objectives are well-defined and achievable.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:


- Lead cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI/ML engineers, business analysts, and process experts.


- Foster collaboration between technical and business teams to align AI/ML models with business process needs.


- Ensure team members understand project goals and roles, providing support and guidance as needed.

Risk & Issue Management:


- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.


- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables, ensuring minimal disruptions.

Project Reporting & Documentation:


- Track and report project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics.


- Document all aspects of the project, including project plans, meeting minutes, decision logs, and final deliverables.


- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and recommendations for future projects.

AI/ML Application & Integration:


- Work closely with AI/ML teams to understand model design, training, and deployment.


- Ensure that AI/ML models and solutions align with BPM objectives, focusing on process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains. Oversee the integration of AI/ML solutions into BPM platforms, ensuring seamless operation within existing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on AI/ML or BPM-related projects.


- Proven experience in managing end-to-end AI/ML projects, preferably within the BPM domain.


- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, tools, and their applications in process Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data science, and BPM tools.

- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate project performance and AI/ML outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with BPM tools and platforms (e.g., Pega, Appian).

- Familiarity with AI/ML programming languages and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn).

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

Key Competencies:
