Job Title: Lead RPA DeveloperExperience: 6–9 YearsLocation: HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Lead RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in coding, RPA solution design, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end automation initiatives, mentor junior developers, and design scalable automation solutions leveraging RPA, APIs, and GPT/AI capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere and Power AutomateArchitect scalable and reusable automation frameworks following best practicesProvide technical leadership and guidance to RPA developers and analystsCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirementsDevelop and integrate automations using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and databasesImplement intelligent automation solutions leveraging GPT/AI models for document processing, chatbots, and decision automationEnsure proper exception handling, logging, security, and performance optimizationConduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure solution qualitySupport UAT, production deployment, and post-production maintenanceCreate technical documentation and operational runbooksRequired Skills & Qualifications6–9 years of in RPA developmentStrong hands-on experience with:Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred)Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows)Solid coding experience (Python, C#, Java, or similar scripting languages)Strong understanding of RPA architecture, design patterns, and best practicesExperience integrating RPA with APIs, web services, and databasesGood understanding of GPT / Generative AI concepts and their integration into automation workflowsExperience working with structured and unstructured dataStrong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred / Good-to-Have SkillsExperience with AI/ML-based automation, OCR, and document understandingExposure to Azure services, Power Platform, or cloud-native solutionsExperience in CI/CD for RPA deploymentsAutomation Anywhere or Microsoft Power Platform certificationsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments
