We are expanding our footprint and seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to spearhead our growth in this region.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele caller to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building relationships with clients, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service. Fluency in Hindi is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information about products.
  • Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with sales teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries, and close potential sales.
  • Provide post-sales support and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum [High School/Graduate] qualification.
  • Experience: [0-2 years] of experience in tele calling or customer service, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi; proficiency in English or any regional language is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • A positive attitude, persistence, and a goal-oriented approach.
