We are looking for B2B Marketing Trainee for 6 month's training period with initial stipend of Rs. 15000/- per month followed by a permanent job role offer and salary review based on performance. Date of Joining: Immediate Joiner Work Location: Sector 23 Dwarka, Delhi Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated B2B Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services. Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers and qualify leadsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that align with sales objectives.Execute LinkedIn reach-outs to connect with potential clients.Develop a deep understanding of our services, including features, benefits and pricingManage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close, ensuring that customer information and sales data is accurate and up to dateProvide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional mannerMeet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation, sales activities and closed dealsCollaborate effectively with other members of the sales team, sharing best practices and contributing to team success*Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings, adjusting sales strategies as requiredUse CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related fieldKnowledge in using LinkedIn for professional networking and lead generationStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent active listening skills to understand client's needs and concernsAbility to work effectively as part of a sales team, contributing to team successProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsKnowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification and closing dealsFamiliarity with CRM software and sales toolsAttention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
