You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models that solve complex business problems and deliver measurable value to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop machine learning models using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworksImplement end-to-end ML pipelines from data preprocessing to model deploymentOptimize model performance through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and algorithm selectionCollaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsDeploy models to production environments and monitor their performance in real-world scenariosConduct model validation, A/B testing, and performance analysisStay current with latest AI/ML research and integrate innovative techniques into existing workflowsDocument model architecture, methodologies, and results for stakeholder communicationTroubleshoot and debug model issues in development and production environmentsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related technical field3-5 years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML models in PythonStrong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, matplotlib/seaborn)Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras)Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation techniquesExperience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualizationKnowledge of SQL and working with databasesFamiliarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflowsExperience deploying models to production using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)Strong problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes)Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision projectsFamiliarity with model optimization techniques and edge deploymentExperience with API development (FastAPI, Flask)Technical SkillsProgramming: Python (advanced), SQL, basic knowledge of R or ScalaML/AI Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBMData Tools: pandas, NumPy, Jupyter, Apache SparkCloud Platforms: AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3) or equivalent Azure servicesDevelopment Tools: Git, Docker, Linux/Unix command lineDatabases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similarBrite Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
