Our team develops strategies and advertising campaigns with enthusiasm and cost-effectiveness, always aiming for prompt delivery.About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and performance driven Senior Executive Digital Media to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and contributing to the strategic growth of client brands through impactful digital initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account management teams to ensure campaign alignment with client goals and brand tone.Optimize campaigns regularly to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and overall ROI.Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.Generate detailed performance reports and share insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies.Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and platform updates in the digital marketing landscape.Support in developing media strategies, budget allocation, and forecasting for client campaigns.Manage campaign billing, approvals, and ensure all deliverables are completed within timelines.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).2–4 years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns (agency experience preferred).Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or related platforms is an added advantage.What We Offer:Opportunity to work with leading brands across industries.A collaborative and creative work environment.Professional growth and learning opportunities through exposure to integrated campaigns.Competitive compensation package.
