Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Software Developer Trainer who will be responsible for designing and delivering technical curriculum, conducting engaging training sessions, and promoting Fynd's products across various platforms. You will work closely with developers, partners, and customers to enhance their knowledge of Fynd’s retail tech, omnichannel, and e-commerce solutions.


As a Trainer, you will also play a key role in promoting product awareness through engaging content like videos, webinars, and tutorials, while also contributing to public forums and our YouTube channel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Design, create, and implement comprehensive technical training programs for developers, partners, and customers. Tailor the curriculum to address the needs of different audiences.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct live and recorded training sessions, product demos, and feature walkthroughs for various audiences including developers, partners, and platform users.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including video tutorials, webinars, blogs, and documentation that explain Fynd's products and features in an accessible and engaging manner.
  • Tech Evangelism: Act as a public-facing tech evangelist by promoting Fynd's products on public platforms such as YouTube and developer forums. Help raise awareness and understanding of the Fynd platform among external communities.
  • Partner & Customer Support: Collaborate with partners and customers to help them use Fynd’s solutions effectively. Offer training and support to improve their product knowledge and adoption.
  • Product Awareness: Participate in public forums, conferences, and community events to promote Fynd's innovative retail and e-commerce solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure training content aligns with product updates and customer needs.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and incorporate feedback from training participants to continuously improve the curriculum and delivery methods.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a software development role, with hands-on experience in one or more of these tech stacks: JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Python.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development, technical training, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences.
  • Strong technical background, ideally in retail tech, e-commerce, or omnichannel platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS products and knowledge of Fynd’s core technology areas (AI, ML, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Python, Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience in creating video tutorials, blogs, and technical content for YouTube or other public platforms.
  • Passionate about teaching, training, and helping others succeed.
  • Tech-savvy, with an ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
  • Experience working with developers, partners, and customers in a training capacity.
  • Public speaking or tech evangelism experience is a plus.
