Bipolar Factory is Hiring: Contract Kotlin Developer (Mobile)Experience: 6 months – 1 yearContract: Minimum 2 months (extendable)Location: Remote / HybridStack: Kotlin (Android + Multiplatform exposure a plus)About the Role At Bipolar Factory, we build products that feel human, fast, and intelligent.We are looking for a Kotlin Developer to help us ship a cross-platform mobile app inspired by modern AI-powered monitoring products.You will work on a real product with real users, moving quickly from idea to build to ship.What You’ll Do• Build core mobile features using Kotlin• Work on shared business logic (Kotlin Multiplatform exposure preferred)• Implement Android features using Jetpack, Coroutines, and modern architecture• Work on iOS integration via KMP• Integrate APIs for real-time data, alerts, and notifications• Build and integrate AI-powered use cases for mobile devices (e.g. on-device or API-driven detection, insights, and smart alerts)• Work on features like activity tracking, logs, and intelligent event triggers• Ensure performance, clean architecture, and smooth UX• Ship MVP features fast and iterateWhat We’re Looking For• 6–12 months of hands-on Kotlin / Android experience• You have built and shipped at least one real mobile app• Comfortable working with APIs and async flows• Curious about AI use cases in mobile products• Hungry to learn, ship fast, and own features end-to-endNice to Have• Exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)• Experience with Ktor, SQLDelight, Firebase, WebSockets• Familiarity with Swift / SwiftUI basics• Worked on AI, monitoring, IoT, health, or data-driven appsContract Details• Minimum 2 months contract (extendable)• Fast-paced startup environment• Real ownership, real impactWhy Bipolar Factory?We build with intent.We care about product depth, speed, and people who take pride in clean work.
