Headquartered in Chennai, we currently operate 3 units across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, and are now planning to expand with new centers to reach and serve more smiling families.Role Description: We are looking for adedicated and empathetic Infertility Counsellorto join our team at theNellore branch . Candidates should have aminimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience , while those with3–4 years of experiencein infertility counselling will be givenpreference .Educate patients about fertility treatments (IUI, IVF, ICSI, donor programs, surrogacy, etc.) in simple, understandable terms. Provide empathetic, confidential, and professional counselling to couples and individuals undergoing fertility evaluation or treatment. Coordinate patient appointments, investigations, and treatment schedules. Maintain regular follow-up calls or messages to track patient progress and ensure compliance with treatment plans. Handle patient queries empathetically — both in person and through phone or digital channels. Maintain accurate counselling notes, consent forms, and patient communication records. Prepare daily/weekly counselling reports for review by the clinical and administrative heads. Ensure proper coordination and communication betweenpatients ,clinical teams ,administrative departments , andmarketing teamsto facilitate a seamless patient experience and smooth operational flow.Qualifications Candidates must have a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, having completed a hybrid-mode program will be an added advantage.
