Job Description :

SharePoint Administrator with experience in project management and the ability to lead development teams to support and enhance our SharePoint environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of SharePoint, coupled with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage SharePoint projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of SharePoint, while also overseeing development and continuous improvements in SharePoint solutions.

Key Skills :

- SharePoint Administration (both on-premises and cloud-based solutions).

- Security of SharePoint solutions.

- Azure Active Directory.

- Office 365.

Good to have understanding on

- SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, Power Automate.

- PowerShell scripting.

- At least 4-5 years' Experience in SharePoint Administration.

Job Requirement :

Skills & Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain the organizations SharePoint environment (both on-premises and cloud-based solutions).

- Manage SharePoint site collections, libraries, and permissions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

- Monitor SharePoint performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply best practices for optimization.

- Implement and manage SharePoint features such as workflow, content management, versioning, and document libraries.

- Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of SharePoint solutions, applying patches and updates as necessary.

- Perform SharePoint backups, disaster recovery, and ensure business continuity plans are in place.

- Oversee SharePoint-related projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom SharePoint solutions.

- Stay current with new technologies and trends in SharePoint development, providing recommendations for improving system efficiency and effectiveness.
