Job Title:Freelance IT Recruiter (Pune-Based) Location:Pune, India (Remote with occasional client-site visits) Engagement Type:Freelance / Contract Experience Required:3–4 Years in IT RecruitmentAbout the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts from Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring top-tier talent from product-based organizations and be comfortable working independently while occasionally collaborating onsite with clients. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for product-based companies Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles across domains Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements Occasionally work from client locations in Pune as needed Requirements 3–4 years of proven experience in IT hiring, preferably for product organizations Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and hiring dynamics Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under tight timelines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Based in Pune and open to occasional travel to client sites Preferred Traits Self-driven and proactive Passionate about connecting top talent with great opportunities Familiarity with modern ATS tools and recruitment metrics Interested candidates can share their profiles at [your email/contact].
