Northern Arc Capital's mission is to provide efficient and reliable access to debt capital markets for

institutions that impact low-income households. These include rural & urban micro finance institutions, retail NBFCs, and housing finance companies. Northern Arc Capital connects these institutions with capital markets and investors such as banks, insurance companies, and mutual funds through financial tools such as securitization, credit enhancement and debt structuring.

Job Objective :

Product managers will partner with other engineers, business, Risk / Compliance and operations team and set and own the long-term vision and strategy for NACs products. (S)he will own a products evolution/enhancement from concept to design to EOL as it moves through various phases. (S)he will not only have a clear view but also will be able to comprehend and synthesize the operating plan for a product in terms of growth objectives, market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and key customers and communicate the strategy to all stakeholders. (S) he would be skilled at solving complex business and analytical problems and have strong leadership and communication :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product problem statements, onboard new products, and build the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans.

- Translate business requirements into clear product flows, logic-driven Excel models, and detailed product documentation (including PRDs).

- Take a structured and empathetic approach to problem-solving, keeping both the customer experience and risk mitigation in mind.

- Work along with UX team on ideation, wireframing, and prototyping to full-fledged implementation across web and mobile platforms.

- Think comprehensively ensure all use cases and edge scenarios are accounted for in design and execution. Run design sprints, lead stakeholder discussions, and prioritize features with a clear rationale.

- Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate product success or guide decisions for enhancing product flows and features.

- Use visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to turn data into insights and narratives for business stakeholders.

- Write and execute SQL queries to slice, dice, and extract actionable insights from large datasets.

- Manage tasks and track progress using tools like Jira or GitLab; create dashboards and reports for transparency and accountability.

- Define and track success metrics across product and process levels.

- Support pricing and revenue modeling when relevant.

- Conduct assessments and user research through interviews and in-depth market analysis.

Minimum Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in similar roles

- Bachelors (or Masters) in technology along with MBA (preferred)

Skills Required :

- Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of (or demonstrable ability to learn) lending market space

- Proven experience heading large product(s)

- Thorough understanding of product management techniques and methods

- Excellent Knowledge of product lifecycle, understanding of financial markets, and eagerness to learn

- Excellent knowledge Jira (be able to build dashboards in Jira)

- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability

- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
