Product Cost Planning & Actual Costing:o Configure and manage cost estimates, cost components, and cost object hierarchies.o Implement costing variants and valuation strategies for materials and production orders.o Support actual costing and settlement processes using Material Ledger.• Cost Flow Design:o Design and configure cost flows across manufacturing, procurement, and finance.o Integrate costing with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, SD) for end-to-end process integrity.• Margin Analysis & Profitability:o Implement and support CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) and Margin Analysis.o Enable reporting on product margins, cost variances, and profitability drivers.• Material Ledger & Inventory Valuation:o Activate and configure Material Ledger for actual costing and multi-currency valuation.o Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation with financial accounting.• Testing & Data Validation:o Lead unit, integration, and UAT testing cycles.o Validate master and transactional data related to costing (e.g., cost centers, activity types).• Client Engagement & Documentation:o Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements.o Prepare functional specifications, training materials, and process documentation.
