Description :We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Tableau Developer to design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards and business intelligence (BI) solutions using Tableau. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in data visualization, SQL, and data modeling, coupled with a strong understanding of business processes and analytical thinking.Key Responsibilities :- Dashboard Development : Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support business insights and decision-making.- Data Integration : Integrate, manage, and prepare data from multiple sources ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity.- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements into actionable visualization solutions.- Performance Optimization : Optimize Tableau dashboards for speed, scalability, and performance; manage Tableau Server/Online environments including user access and data security.- Quality Assurance : Conduct unit testing, debugging, and validation to ensure dashboards meet performance, usability, and accuracy standards.- User Support & Training : Develop documentation, provide end-user training, and offer continuous support to maximize the adoption and value of Tableau solutions.- Data Governance : Ensure adherence to data security, governance policies, and compliance requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications :Technical Expertise :- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL for data extraction and transformation.- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.- Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.Analytical & Communication Skills :- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities.- Strong communication skillscapable of working cross-functionally with business and IT teams.Preferred Skills :- Familiarity with Tableau licensing, data governance, and security frameworks.- Advanced Excel skills and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) are an added advantage.About Datavail :Datavail is a leading provider of data management, application development, analytics, and cloud services.
