Someone who lives and breathes design thinking, leads with vision, and is excited about redefining how people shop and connect with brands — ideally someone who has shaped retail experiences acrossmultiple categories and brand voices , especially within aretail design agency or consultancy environment .Important:This role is focused on the design ofphysical retail stores . Applyonlyif you can share a portfolio demonstratingconceptual thinking and creativity in spatial retail design .Responsibities Spearhead the creation of original retail design concepts — frombrand immersion to spatial storytelling . Developmood boards, customer journeys, and schematic layoutsthat bring brands to life. Translate strategy into engaging,multi-sensory retail environmentsbalancing aesthetics and functionality. Present creative concepts clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients. Mentor junior designers ondesign intent and creative execution . Collaborate withgraphic, VM, and technical teamsto ensure holistic delivery of the vision.This Role is for you: Think beyond the brief,challenge assumptions , and bring bold ideas to the table. Have experience working withdiverse brands , ideally within aretail design agency or consultancy . Have a strong grasp ofretail psychology, customer experience, and cultural context . Can move from ablank slate to fully-formed conceptswith clarity and conviction.Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree inArchitecture,Interior Design,or related field . 7 - 10 yearsin original retail concept design roles. Strongportfoliodemonstrating creativity inspatial retail design . Skilled in3D visualization, space planning, and storytelling through design . Confident communicator, able topresent and defend design rationale .Software Mandatory:AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred:Illustrator, Rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, etc.).What we offer: Creative leadership role:Define design direction for leading brands.
