We're looking for a Lead Engineer with deep expertise in Flutter and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI-assisted development. You'll join our Mobile Platform team, building a modular, scalable ecosystem of customizable business apps. This role is for someone who's shipped high-performance mobile apps, architected complex systems, and is excited to pioneer AI-driven development to write reliable, high-quality code while minimizing errors.

Responsibilities :


- Architect and Own : Design and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile software, ensuring stability and performance from concept to production.

- Build with Flutter : Develop production-grade Flutter apps serving thousands of customers daily across diverse industries.

- Leverage AI : Use LLMs and AI tools to write, refactor, test, and debug code efficiently, implementing guardrails to reduce errors and improve reliability.

- Create Shared Tools : Build and maintain frameworks, libraries, and tooling to empower engineers to deliver quickly and confidently.

- Collaborate : Work with designers, PMs, and platform/backend engineers to deliver full-stack features.

- Optimize : Continuously improve app performance, test coverage, code health, and build stability using modern dev tools.

- Stay Ahead : Keep up with the latest in AI/LLM tech, Flutter best practices, and mobile architecture patterns, sharing insights with the team.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of professional engineering experience, with at least 3 years in Flutter/Dart.

- Proven ability to architect maintainable, modular mobile systems.

- Deep knowledge of Flutter internals, widget lifecycle, performance profiling, and state management (e. g., Provider, Freezed, Bloc, MobX).

- Experience with Protobuf/gRPC in Dart.

- Track record of leading engineering teams and shipping/supporting large-scale mobile apps in production.

- Proficiency in RESTful API design, mobile CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.

- Strong experience with AI-driven development tools, including prompt engineering, LLM-based code generation, test automation, and hallucination mitigation strategies (e. g., code constraints, embeddings, context injection).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in distributed, asynchronous teams.

- Contributions to AI tooling, Flutter open-source libraries, or AI-enhanced mobile features.

- Experience contributing to open-source tools, internal platforms, or engineering blogs.
