Neokred is a FinTech company based in Bangalore and an ISO 9001 | 27001, 27701 & 20000-1 and CISA & CICRA certified firm in Information and Data Security. The company builds Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem. We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as payment solutions, facilitating lending, virtual bank accounts, KYC and digital profiling for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner – UPI Switch to join us and help us shape this journey. This is an high-impact and high-visibility role and provides an opportunity to partner with and build consensus across senior leaders in the organization to deliver incredible value to the Business.
Your KRAs will include the following:
- Lead the end-to-end technical development of the UPI Switch product, ensuring it meets NPCI regulatory standards and technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.
- Interface with key stakeholders (banks, payment providers, regulators) to ensure smooth integration and compliance with UPI standards.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, implementing enhancements and optimizations based on product roadmap.
- Manage security, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to UPI payments.
- Facilitate the resolution of technical challenges and issues encountered during product development.
- Stay updated on UPI ecosystem trends, NPCI guidelines, and competitive landscape
YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Proven 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in the fintech or payments domain.
- Strong knowledge of the UPI ecosystem, payment technologies and familiar with UPI Switch development.
- Technical background or experience working with development teams (understanding of APIs, payment gateways, etc.).
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in running sprints.
