If you enjoy blending functional expertise with technical problem-solving to drive business impact, this role is for you.What You’ll DoProvide end-to-end support forOracle VCP Suite – ASCP, GOP, and Demantramodules. Partner with business users to drive enhancements, process improvements, and resolve issues. Analyze business processes and become asubject matter expertin Supply Chain Planning and Scheduling. Deliver timely resolutions for incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs. Design and implement enhancements includingRICEW components(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows). Create and reviewtechnical and functional documentation (MD50/MD70). Coordinate with cross-functional teams for testing, validation, and deployment. Support continuous improvement through innovation and proactive issue management. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ yearsof hands-on Oracle application experience inASCP, GOP, Demantra(R12.2.6+ preferred). Proficiency inPL/SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting. Experience supporting or implementing Oracle EBS modules such asInventory, Order Management, or Procurement(preferred). Familiarity withOracle Support (SR management)and testing best practices. Exposure toOracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Cloudis a plus.
