About the Role As a Senior Brand Manager at Please See//, you will work closely with the account lead to drive strategic and creative excellence across branding and packaging initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping brand direction, managing end-to-end project execution, and ensuring exceptional delivery across all touchpoints.The role requires strong client-facing confidence, the ability to bring strategic thinking into execution, and the skill to translate brand goals into actionable plans for internal teams. You will collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams while maintaining smooth, productive communication with clients.Our ideal candidate has proven experience managing multiple high-impact branding and packaging projects with a strong eye for detail, organisation, and quality.What You’ll Be Doing Brand Strategy & Execution Partner with the account lead to develop and implement brand strategies that strengthen brand equity. Manage day-to-day execution of branding and packaging projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. Contribute to the planning and coordination of brand campaigns, product launches, and packaging rollouts. Client & Internal Coordination Act as a key point of contact for clients on daily communication, updates, and clarifications. Translate feedback and strategic direction into clear, actionable briefs for creative and strategy teams. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and excellence in output. Prepare decks, documentation, and reports for client presentations and internal reviews. Project Management & Quality Control Lead project workflows, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery across multiple workstreams. Maintain high quality standards for all branding and packaging deliverables. Ensure meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency across every touchpoint.What We’d Like to See 4–6 years of experience in brand management, ideally within branding or advertising agencies. Strong hands-on expertise in branding and packaging; experience with FMCG, snacks, or food brands is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects while maintaining quality and timelines. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate brand direction into effective execution. Comfortable working collaboratively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
