Team Overview


Our Cloud team focuses on enabling our client’s end to end journey from On-Premises to Cloud, Cloud to Cloud, etc with opportunities in the areas of: Cloud Strategy, Cloud Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Security & Compliance, Cloud Governance, Cloud migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering. We help our clients see the transformational capabilities of Cloud as an opportunity for business enablement and competitive advantage


Roles and Responsibilities

Designation - Assistant Manager/Consultant

Reporting to Manager/Associate Director

Role type - Individual Contributor

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with architecting, designing and implementing, end-to-end migrations on leading commercial Cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google.

• Experience with Technology Strategy (including Generative AI), Target Operating Model, DevOps Assessment, Digital/Cloud Transformation, Digital/Cloud Strategy, implementation techniques and best practices.

• Sound understanding of Virtualization and Hypervisors.

• Other desired skills along with Architecture (any one skill from below) –

1) Knowledge of IT / Cloud Cost Optimization – Good knowledge on Cost Optimization techniques. Knowledge of showback and chargeback model. Experience with developing and implementing a robust program for cloud cost management.

2) Enterprise/Cloud Architecture - Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Management principles, ETL / data warehouse transformation processes, designing and implementing highly performant data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources using Apache Spark and/or Azure Databricks.


Experience & Background


• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in one or more key areas of focus mentioned above

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams and develop excellent client relationships.

• Significant experience in consulting and presenting complex solutions to business executives.

• Track record in advisory of complex large-scale architectural solutions on cloud

• Certifications such as SAFe, TOGAF 9, COBIT 2019, ITIL V4, LeanIX and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) are preferred.

• Proficient in preparing C-suite level Decks, Reports and Excel frameworks.

• Good understanding of infrastructure, network, database, security architecture, IAM for cloudbased solutions

• Understanding of large-scale applications portfolio in enterprise-wide environment (including migration of on-premises workloads to the cloud)

• Knowledge of IT operating models including DevOps approaches and working practices.

• Experience of managing technical reviews and assessments of cloud strategy, roadmaps, cloud data models, cloud integration, and cloud migration tools

• Embraces a growth mindset for business development, with an ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Good team player with strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.


Qualifications:

• Graduate in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology)

• MBA (preferably from Tier -1 Institute in India or abroad


Experience:

• Overall experience of 3 to 8 years
