Plan, organize, and execute content calendars in coordination with the content creation team. Develop fresh, creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to optimize performance. Track, analyze, and report on engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness.Requirements Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Strong understanding of social media algorithms and how to leverage them for brand growth. Demonstrated success in social media management or content strategy projects. Ability to think creatively and align content with brand identity. Excellent communication and coordination skills.Work Location This is awork-from-home positionopen to candidates based inJaipur, India . The role is primarily remote, but may require an occasional in-person visit (about once a month) to our office for team coordination.Salary We are offering a monthly compensation of₹12,000 – ₹15,000 , based on experience and skills.
