Job role: Business Development Manager
Role Purpose:
- The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding Global FPO's client base across international markets, primarily focusing on the US, Canada.
- This role involves identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and providing tailored solutions to clients in the accounting, tax, and outsourcing industries.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through prospecting, lead qualification, and nurturing relationships with CPA and accounting firms.
- The position requires a dynamic professional who can articulate the value proposition of Global FPO's services, understand client pain points, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Success in this role will be measured by the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
- Create and present company services to potential clients and follow up with professional and timely persistence
- Generate and qualify leads by identifying potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase Global FPO's services.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and onboard new clients while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools to track progress and generate reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and delivery of services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Represent Global FPO at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the senior management team on sales activities and outcomes Specific Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Proven 4-6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the outsourcing or professional services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Understanding of the outsourcing industry domain is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Fluent in English (American accent is a plus).
- University degree: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
