You will be responsible for developing and enhancing internal applications that support various functions such as administration, academics, and operations. You will collaborate with different departments to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and user experience. The Senior .NET Developer will also lead projects, mentor junior developers, and provide technical direction.Key Responsibilities :- Application Development : Build and maintain internal web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET.- Customization : Modify existing applications to meet the unique needs of different departments (admissions, finance, HR, etc.).- Database Management : Design and manage SQL Server databases, ensuring performance and security.- Integration : Ensure seamless integration of internal applications with third-party systems.- Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices.- Support : Troubleshoot and provide technical support for internal applications.- User Training : Develop documentation and train end-users as needed.- Security : Implement security measures to protect data.For Senior Developers :- Leadership : Guide the development team, manage projects, and mentor junior developers.- Project Oversight : Lead technical projects and ensure they are delivered on time.- Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in the system and lead enhancement :- .NET Developer : 5-7 years- Senior .NET Developer : 7-10 years (with at least 3 years in a leadership role)- Technical Skill : Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API.- Database Skill : Strong experience with SQL Server, including complex queries and performance tuning.- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.- Communication : Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.- Agile : Familiarity with Agile development practices.- Experience in educational institutions or similar environments.- Microsoft certifications in .NET or SQL Server.
