You will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling the systems that power our innovative digital solutions. Your focus will be on creating reliable, scalable, and high-performance backend systems through the application of modern technologies and industry best practices. You will drive our platform architecture forward, optimize critical data pipelines, and ensure the overall robustness and efficiency of our distributed systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our product and work with a talented team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Architecture & Design : Architect, design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems with a strong emphasis on high availability and performance.

- Event-Driven Architecture : Work extensively with event-driven and message-driven architectures to build resilient and decoupled system communication, ensuring data integrity and system responsiveness.

- Data Pipelines : Design, implement, and manage efficient and reliable data pipelines utilizing technologies such as Kafka, Redis, and potentially other relevant data streaming and storage solutions to support our data-intensive applications.

- Design Patterns & Best Practices : Apply and advocate for the use of established design patterns and software engineering best practices to ensure maintainable, scalable, and well-

structured code. Actively mentor junior team members on design principles and code quality.

- CI/CD Pipelines : Build and maintain robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate software delivery, ensuring efficient and reliable deployments across different environments.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Data Science, and other Engineering teams, to understand business requirements and deliver secure and scalable solutions that meet those needs.

- Performance Optimization : Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations for system performance, reliability, and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- System Design & Review : Actively participate in system design discussions, providing valuable insights and expertise, particularly in the context of high-throughput and low-latency systems. Contribute to the overall technical direction of the platform.

- Production Support & Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently, performing thorough root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures to minimize future occurrences. Participate in on-call rotations as needed.

- Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our platform architecture, development processes, and engineering best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency within the :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in backend development and platform engineering roles, with a significant focus on building and scaling distributed systems.

- Strong understanding and practical experience with event-driven and message-driven architectures.

- Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing data pipelines using technologies like Kafka and Redis.

- Familiarity with other data streaming and storage solutions is a plus.

- Solid understanding and application of software design patterns and principles.

- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using relevant tools (e.g.,

Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

- Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment.

- Strong programming skills in one or more relevant backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go,

Node.js).

- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate

technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- A proactive and self-driven attitude with a passion for learning and adopting new

technologies.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) is : INDIA
