About 20 Downtown20 Downtown is a premium heritage banquet in Churchgate that hosts weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.We’re known for our elegant architecture, warm hospitality, and seamless event experiences — from the first enquiry to the last guest leaving happy.Role OverviewWe’re looking for an Event & Venue Manager to handle client walkthroughs, coordinate event-day operations, and ensure the venue runs smoothly at all times. This role combines event management, venue operations, and client-facing hospitality.If you come from an event management / banquets / hospitality operations background, we’d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities• Conduct venue tours and explain packages, pricing & amenities• Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email & walk-ins• Support follow-ups and booking conversions• Lead or assist with event-day coordination• Liaise with decorators, caterers, planners & vendors• Ensure the venue is guest-ready and visually perfect at all times• Coordinate with housekeeping, security & operations teams• Maintain enquiry logs, booking sheets & operational checklistsRequirements• 1–3 years of experience in event management / banquet operations / hospitality operations• Strong communication & client-handling skills• Confident personality for walkthroughs & event supervision• Organised, proactive & comfortable in fast-paced environments• Willing to work weekends & event hours (weekly off provided)• Basic Excel/CRM knowledge is a plusSalary₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance incentivesLocationChurchgate, MumbaiTo ApplyEmail your CV to careers@20downtown.com
