The role involves interacting with international customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing suitable policy recommendations. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service across global markets Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance products. Convert leads into successful sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system. Build and nurture long-term relationships with global clients. Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth policy issuance.
